The building was constructed in the year 1994 with a plinth area of 2.63 acres in the 10 acres of land, leaving the remaining space for Sports facilities, gardening, trees and staff quarters.

The building is a load-bearing structure with 2 floors with the following infrastructure facilities.

A modified multi-purpose hall-cum classroom to cater to the needs of remedial class children & Board Exam children has been developed.
A well maintained 4-acre play ground with 200 m track, Foot ball ground, Khabaddi, Volley Ball, Throw ball, Hand ball, Kho-Kho, Shuttle-badminton (semi-indoor), Long jump / High jump pits, Discuss, Shot-put, Javelin throw sectors are available.
