INSTRUCTIONS TO PARENTS

1) Admissions will be made between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 noon   on 10 , 11 , 12 and 15 of June 2009.

2) The child to be admitted should be brought at the time of admission

3) Parents who have submitted documents (Date of birth,  caste certificate / Proof of residence) in regional language should obtain  English/Hindi translation supported by affidavit.

4) Originals of the above documents should be brought at the time of admission for verification.

    Original D.O.B. will be retained by school.

5) Admission fee of Rs.25/- and VVN of Rs.480/- (Total Rs.505/-) should be remitted in Indian Bank

Bellary through chalan received from school.

6) The school will inform the parents regarding selection in III list if any.
