Decision Taken:

i. To have more parents' attendance for parent teachers meeting it was decided to send the invitation by post.

ii. Parent Teachers Meeting to be held for all the classes in a staggered way once in an Academic year.

iii. Open Day to be held from 12:00 noon to 2:oo pm after every Unit test / Cumulative examination. It will be a half day for students.

iv. Remedial classes of 1hr duration (2:15 pm to 3:15 pm) to be conducted after school hours for weak students of Classes VI to IX & XI

v. It was decided to invite voluntary sponsorship from parents for Incentive Award to students & Staff
